LET THE COMPLIANCE CLUB HELP YOU
The Compliance Club is a FREE service we offer to assist practices in keeping to the quarterly audit routine, without the need to remember to order samplers in time or to stock order, have to store them and remember where they are and then find they have run out of date.
The service is free to join and provides ease of control by automatically sending you Water Testing Samplers every quarter. This means you never have to remember to order them, but it also acts as a reminder that auditing is due. You will be sent one sampler per chair that requires testing (unless you add on any extra products) and we only charge you for the products (at a discounted rate) we send you! The service and certification is free!
Compliance Club membership can be cancelled at any time before the dispatch of quarterly samplers on the basis that all outstanding sampler invoices are cleared at this point. Ideally, at least 2 months notice of cancellation should be given.
If the practices changes hands, the current membership should be cancelled and the new owner should make their own arrangement.
WHY SHOULD TESTING BE DONE?
Regular testing is encouraged to show proactive management of your dental units as well as compliance to legislation such as:
Drinking Water Regulations – The Drinking water regulations in the UK require that water bottled and given for human consumption is potable – that is less than 100 CFU per ml. As dental chairs are their own self contained water system, the responsibility is on the practice to show that chairs are producing drinking quality water. Use Alpron and the BRS to achieve drinking quality water and Samplers to prove it.

Show CQC that you are being proactive with your waterline management and your units are producing drinking quality water.
Legionella Control Measure
Low levels of CFU reduce the likelihood of Legionella bacteria being present in the system. Dental practices are required to have control measures in place for all water systems. Samplers can prove you are producing drinking quality water and mitigating risk of Legionella.
