What is Compliance Club?
Compliance Club provides you with everything you need to manage your dental unit waterlines and ensure each chair in the practice is producing drinking quality water. Products arrive exactly when you need them, for either testing your waterlines or your regular Alpron maintenance solution.
How it works
Step 1: Choose your products
Tell us how many dental units you test each quarter, then add any DUWL consumable products you need, such as Alpron, BC-San or Bilpron.
Step 2: Samplers arrive on schedule
We send your samplers in time for each quarterly test, so there's nothing to reorder and no testing missed.
Step 3: Upload your results
Log each sampler result on Compliance Club Digital and see every surgery's history in one place. Included for free with every membership.
Step 4: Get your water quality certificate
Our team reviews every result. Pass, and your certificate is issued. If a unit fails, our team will guide you through putting it right.

Compliance Club Digital is our free online auditing portal. Enter your audit results online and your certificate appears on the portal once our team has approved it, with no paper audit sheets and no waiting on email.

Why is testing important?
Alpron and the BRS system is clinically proven to keep your water at drinking quality, Samplers provide the evidence the system is working.
Quarterly testing builds an ongoing record for every dental unit allowing you to monitor the water quality of your dental units, spot trends and intervene early.
Water from your dental units should meet drinking-quality standards of less than 100 CFU per ml. Dental chairs are self-contained water systems, so showing they are producing drinking quality water is the practices responsibility.
HTM 01-05 expects dental unit waterlines to be managed and monitored. When CQC asks how you know your water is safe, your quarterly results and certificates are the answer.
Health and safety law requires control measures for all water systems, including dental units. Low bacterial counts reduce the risk of Legionella, and regular results show your controls and protocols are working.
