Support for your surgery chair/unit that has failed the sampler test

If your Red Sampler shows over 100 dots or TMTC we would first recommend a re-test to confirm it is failing consistently.

If your restest confirms the failed result, our protocol advises that you perform a biofilm removal system (BRS) treatment. This can be done over the weekend for best results (BRS Plus Code D1-1018 – don’t forget your 15% discount if you are a Compliance Club Member).

If your chair or unit has either failed following a BRS Kit or has failed a few times on your quarterly tests, we can provide support and advice to help clean and maintain your DUWLs.

1. How old are the failed chair(s)/unit(s)? If over 10 years old, do you know if they have had their DUWLs replaced recently?

Alpron Usage
