Description
AlproJet-W Aspirator Cleaner is an acid-based, non-foaming cleaner and mild disinfectant for dental suction/aspirator systems. AlproJet-W is highly effective against inorganic material, such as lime and mineral deposits and is safe for use with all amalgam separators. AlproJet-W also has a deodorising effect.
AlproJet-W should be used twice weekly (Monday and Tuesday) as a 5% solution in conjunction with AlproJet-DD for the complete cleaning and maintenance of dental suction systems. Mix 100ml of AlproJet-W to 1900mls of warm water. Flush through all suction channels using the AlproJet Application Container. Use AlproJet-DD from Wednesday to Friday. AlproJet-W can be used at higher concentrations if deep cleaning of the suction system is required. For cleaning of the spitoon bowl, use AlproCleaner.
Benefits of the AlproJet Aspitator Dual-Action Cleaning System
The two-product system utilises alternating acid and alkaline solutions to ensure a superior clean that single cleaners cannot achieve:
- Acidic solution – AlproJet-W: Specifically formulated to remove stubborn inorganic buildup, including hardened water scale, mineral deposits, and prophylaxis residue. Used twice a week.
- Alkaline solution – AlproJet-DD. Used for daily maintenance to eliminate organic matter like blood, saliva, and proteins. Used 3 times a week.
By alternating these solutions, you prevent all types of material buildup, which is essential for maximising suction performance, extending the lifespan of your vacuum system, and ensuring amalgam separator efficiency.
