If you’re a Compliance Club member, you already know the drill: complete your audit, send us your results, and wait for your certificate to land in your inbox. It’s worked well for years, but we’ve been working on making it better.
That’s why we’ve built Compliance Club Digital – a free online portal that puts your compliance results, certificates, and full audit history at your fingertips, while cutting certificate turn around time significantly.
Previously, completed audit sheets were emailed to our team, checked manually, entered onto our system. If everything passed, your certificate was generated and sent back to you.
Turnaround was typically 5-7 days, particularly during busier periods.
With CC Digital, you enter your audit data directly into the portal yourself. Our team still checks every result manually to make sure everything meets the Alpron protocol, but because the data’s already in the system, that turnaround drops to just 1-3 days. Once your results are approved, your certificate appears straight on the portal. No more paper audit sheets or long waits for certificates.
Faster certificates. Turnaround drops from 5-7 days to just 1-3 days. Your results are still checked by our team, but cutting out the manual data entry step means you get your certificate significantly quicker.
A full history at a glance. Every certificate you’ve ever generated through the portal is stored and accessible in one place, so if you need to pull up evidence for a CQC inspection, an internal audit, or simply want to check when you’re next due, it’s right there.
Complete visibility. You can see exactly where you stand across your compliance record at any time, rather than relying on emails and paperwork.
No extra cost. CC Digital is included free as part of your Compliance Club membership. There are no additional fees for using the portal.
Behind the scenes, manually processing audit sheets takes our team real time — time we’d rather spend supporting you with the things that actually need a human: advice, troubleshooting, and making sure your practice stays ahead of IPC requirements. Moving data entry onto CC Digital frees up that capacity, and speeds things up for you at the same time.
We’re also busy working on new additions to CC Digital already, such as the ability to manage your membership on the platform.
